Located in La Ginabelle Residence, right in the heart of Chamonix-Mont-Blanc, this beautifully renovated apartment comfortably accommodates up to 4 guests and offers everything you need for a memorable mountain getaway.
Perfect in every season—whether you’re here for skiing, hiking, mountain biking, or simply relaxing while enjoying breathtaking views of Mont Blanc—this apartment is the ideal alpine retreat.
The Apartment
Situated on the 3rd floor of the residence, the apartment enjoys a peaceful setting with stunning views of Mont Blanc from the balcony, living room, and both bedrooms.
Fully renovated in December 2025 and tastefully decorated in a warm alpine style, it is perfectly suited for families or groups of up to four guests.
It includes:
- A bright living room opening onto a large balcony
- An open-plan kitchen and dining area
- One bedroom with a queen-size bed, an en-suite bathroom and toilet
- One bedroom with a double bed
- A separate bathroom
- A separate toilet
During your stay, you’ll also enjoy complimentary access to the residence’s facilities:

- 🏊 Wellness area including: Indoor heated swimming pool, Two saunas, Two steam rooms (hammams), Fitness room (Opening hours: Sunday to Friday: 9:00–11:45 AM and 3:00–7:45 PM and Saturday: 2:00–7:45 PM)
Fresh bed linen, towels, bath mats, kitchen towels and bathrobes are all provided for your stay.
Guest Access
The apartment is located within the Pierre & Vacances La Ginabelle residence.
Please note: although the apartment is located within the residence, you are renting it directly from me, not through Pierre & Vacances.
->You are welcome to enjoy all of the residence’s shared facilities. However, please do not contact the Pierre & Vacances reception regarding your stay, as they do not manage this apartment. The only exception is if you wish to reserve the sauna or steam room.
If you need any assistance, please contact me directly through the booking platform or via WhatsApp.
